Project Background

Electrical cabinets typically require a uniform and durable powder-coated surface for both appearance and surface protection. For this project, the customer required a dedicated powder coating system for electrical cabinet production.

The equipment configuration was developed according to the characteristics of the cabinets and the customer's production conditions.

ZHYAO configured the coating system around the production process of electrical cabinets.

The line integrates the necessary pretreatment, drying, powder spraying and curing stages. A conveyor system connects the main sections, allowing electrical cabinets to move through the coating process in sequence.

The powder spraying section is equipped with a powder booth and recovery system to collect overspray powder during application. After spraying, the cabinets enter the curing oven so that the powder coating can be cured according to the required process.

The final equipment arrangement was determined according to the customer's products, coating requirements and available factory conditions.

Process / System Configuration

The main process is arranged as:

Loading → Pretreatment → Drying → Powder Spraying → Powder Recovery → Curing → Cooling → Unloading

The specific equipment configuration can be adjusted according to cabinet dimensions, production volume, coating requirements and factory layout.

Project Completion

The customized powder coating line was supplied for electrical cabinet production in Mongolia.
